There are SO many things that I want to do each summer and I talk about doing them all winter long. However, when summer finally arrives, I forget to do half of the things I wanted to do and end up doing the same few dates every weekend (movies, dinner, etc) So this summer I decided to make a bucket list of all of the things I want to do this summer! I printed them on little squares and hung them on a bulletin board in my hallway so that we can always be reminded of them. Anytime we get bored and need something to do, we can look for ideas here. After we have completed the activity, we will put it in the bag and save it for next summer!

You can alter yours to make it look however you want or even just make a simple list and mark them off as you do them. I have done ideas like this before, though, and I always forgot about the list and therefore, forgot about the ideas.

So even though it is just Jaxon and I right now, I did add some things (like the children's museum) for when we have kids. I knew if I didn't add them as I saw them then I would eventually forget some really great ideas for when we have kids.
